Not the greatest hamburger but decent. Yes I'd go again

The service is not that quick to get your meal, however, everything is being made fresh, so I completely understand it is taking longer. This is not a bad thing. I had the Impossible Burger, and it was very good and tasty. Could tell it was cooked and hot off the grill. It is pretty thin and would like either a double patty or it to be a little bigger but very tasty again. I would recommend this place. It is easily located in a strip mall with free parking. Will definitely be back.

Typical Epic Burger location. Staff is always very friendly, and about as quick as it gets for Epic. Usually there is a good mix of families, workers on break, and general shoppers dining at this location. They do have outdoor seating in the summer, but it's right up against the parking lot.

I love epic burger. The burger are coming off that flat grill and cooked to perfection. Fries are great and my wife loves those milk shakes.

Best burgers in Chicago. Always amazing.

The burger is pretty good but not best. I got the lunch special- double patties for $10. The sauce is what makes it “epic” and I wish I had extra sauce on there. The person taking my order seemed like he didn’t care but he was able to answer all my questions & was knowledgeable about the menu.

My first time at an Epic Burger today and I was really impressed! Had a hamburger with lettuce, tomato, epic sauce, pickles, caramelized onions, and Jack cheese, all on a wheat bun. Also got their regular fries. It was all really yummy! The gallon of the counter was nice and my food was brought out in about 10 minutes, maybe not even that long.
Food was delicious, good portion sizes, great service, and I will definitely come back!

The burger at this restaurant is definitely a good one. I ordered their cowboy burger, which is one of their favorites, and it was so good. It's not the best burger I've ever had, but it definitely satisfied my craving for a good burger that day. I also ordered their fries, but they were a little bland for me. I also ordered their chocolate milkshake, which I enjoyed just as much as their burgers. I can say that this restaurant is a good spot because, aside from the good food they have, they also have a variety of burger choices, including their build your own burger. They also have a spicy and vegetarian option for their burgers, which is really nice. They have a couple of sides and then different flavors of milkshake. The restaurant is also clean, and it has a lot of seats inside and outside, so it is not hard to find a seat. The staff are also very friendly, particularly the cashier. Also, the food is served quickly. The restaurant is also located in a nice location where there is a wide and spacious parking lot. I definitely like their food, and I highly recommend their burgers and shakes. A must-visit, especially for those who really love burgers.

Awesome meal! Not my first time there but definitely refreshing to say the least. A part of my order wasn't complete and the staff there was more than accommodating in correcting it. Even gave me a variety for a future visit. Did I mention the food was awesome!?!
