I had the greatest craving for pasta and they beyond exceeded any expectations I could have had. Beyond delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. The service was amazing and I wish so much that I lived in the area to be able to visit often. A true gem to be checked out! The pesto with chicken and added shrimp was beyond my wildest imaginings of pesto.

This place takes you to Italy! The service, food, the overall experience was top quality! They have a cute outdoor seating area which was really nice and just peaceful. The calamari was nicely breaded with a nice garlic, spicy sauce! The grilled portobello mushrooms also comes with grilled zucchini and a balsamic glaze! The bread and dip was amazing! Everything was just so flavorful! Both entrees, the chicken limon and the chicken pesto just amazing! I've had my share of Italian restaurants but I felt like I was in Rome! I am not from Chicago but next time I stop in Chicago, my first meal stop will definitely be Chay Fratellos!! Best food I've had in Chicago!!! Must try and I highly recommend!

We’ve eaten here twice - once vis takeout, where I had the pizza. It was delicious and cheesy, and better than the other neighborhood spots. This time, I had the chicken parm, which was breaded but juicy in a slightly spicy sauce with rigatoni. We also had the mussels in lemon white wine sauce, which were great as a light starter ( but a generous portion) and the rib eye, which my girlfriend enjoyed quite a bit. Finally, I had the Margarita, which was very blue 😂

We stopped by on a whim last night and I'm so glad we did! They have unique and tasty cocktails and some excellent BBQ. We tried the grilled asparagus, which was SO GOOD! I will say, we got the broccoli with the ribs and the broccoli was pretty bland. But the ribs were more than enough food and they were great. Service was wonderful, we felt very taken care of. Will certainly be back again soon!
