The staff where very friendly here, so nice and accommodating. The bathroom was a little dirty but that's kind of expected. The food and drinks are of usual Starbucks quality.

Very quick service and plenty of seating. Dont worry too much about the lack of food it sometimes just isn't availed during the pandemic so if youre trying to eat as well try and get it during the early hours.

I live near Starbucks on Roosevelt and Wabash and I go out of my way to come to this one for the service the management the training the politeness the spotless restaurant clean happy friendly staff thrilled to see the next customer walk through that door I will continue to keep using this place and give you guys a great reputation

Staff is always friendly and not as busy as some other downtown locations. Orders are mostly accurate. Seasonal/special items get sold out if you go later than 6pm most days. Overall good experiences!

Stopped in for the free coffee deal, since I had to come downtown today anyway and this one was on the list. Tried the Chestnut Praline Latte. Liked that it was just sweet enough and the flavoring was not overwhelming. Did not feel the need to add anything. Pleasant and conveniently located near several "L" and bus stops(of course). Friendly and prompt service --- as expected. A diverse crowd, and enough seating and space to make lingering comfortable. My only complaint is the music volume seemed rather loud, maybe it's just me but I feel it should be more in the background. I could certainly see returning to this location, when nearby.
