This place is so fun! Lots of colors and a friendly staff. Nearly every thing is gluten free or can be made gluten free and the price point is unbeatable. Def try there new shrimp lite taco and the steak taco with the pineapple marg!

Takito Street in Lincoln Park is an absolute gem, and my recent visit left me utterly impressed on all fronts. From the inviting atmosphere to the chic aesthetics and, most importantly, the culinary journey, every aspect of this restaurant deserves high praise. The moment you step into Takito, you're transported to a trendy yet welcoming oasis. The decor is a seamless blend of modern and cozy, with artistic touches that catch the eye without overwhelming the senses. It's a place where you can enjoy an intimate dinner or gather with friends for a vibrant evening. The dining experience at Takito is nothing short of exceptional. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, adding a personal touch to your visit. It's evident that they're passionate about creating memorable moments for their patrons and they have a magic show every Saturday. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the Sope Benedict. The Sope Benedict at Takito is a culinary masterpiece that combines traditional flavors with a creative twist. The presentation is artful, with perfectly poached eggs nestled on a bed of soft, flavorful sope cakes. The hollandaise sauce drizzled elegantly over the dish adds a creamy richness that complements the other ingredients beautifully. With each bite, you're treated to a burst of flavors. The chorizo and avocado add a delightful contrast of textures and tastes, while the freshness of the salsa and cilantro brighten the dish. It's a harmonious blend of savory and spicy, making every mouthful a delight. The portion size is satisfying without being overwhelming, allowing you to savor every element without feeling overly full. The Sope Benedict is a true testament to Takito's dedication to creating dishes that tantalize the taste buds and leave a lasting impression. Takito Street in Lincoln Park delivers an all-encompassing dining experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression. From the ambiance to the delectable Sope Benedict and beyond, it's a place where culinary creativity meets impeccable service. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Takito for an unforgettable dining adventure. I truly recommend this place.

Went for the dancing! Was so much fun! After dinner they have dance class before DJ starts. Will go back to try the food next time.

Takito street is always a good vibe! That is not possible without great service. Our server Fernando was super attentive and hospitable since we sat down! For good service and affordable bottomless mimosas, come to Takito street!

Everything gluten free on the menu. There are a few off menu items/tacos you can ask for (fish taco w/ coconut breading). We enjoyed many of the cocktails. Love takitos take on the mimosa - the tipsy step mom! Love anywhere that has homemade tortillas (corn and blue corn). Chullaquiles is as good as it gets in this neighborhood. Margarita's are fresh - try the cucumber margarita! Favorite: steak taco and potatoes with chimichurri sauce 😳 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Great margaritas- the cucumber is my fave! Tacos are great too! But the most fun and unexpected thing about Takito Street is the atmosphere.

This place is very cute and nicely decorated! We went on a whim and really enjoyed it. I had the skillet and mom had the tacos both were very good and seasoned well. They did have bottomless mimosa which is also a plus. They even had good music and we're playing the football game. Would come back here for sure :)

First time here for Mimosas & Brunch, the staff was amazing the food was excellent and the manager or owner went goes above and beyond to meet and greet his guest definitely coming back with a bigger crowd. Aurelio went above and beyond. Also DJ kept an upbeat vibe.

Limited vegan options...I went with the Takito bowl for my dish. It was a little on the smaller end & ok...it seemed like the other patrons were focused on drinking margaritas and food was not the priority. Friendly staff & good location.
