Drink was great! I’m writing a review though because there was a customer being difficult not wanting to wear a mask and Kyle handled it with absolute grace. He was so patient that she complied even though she was clearly very upset about it. Nice work Kyle!

Starbucks always look to give the best products and let us customize our drinks. Too bad the pandemic got angry the barista we got today. She barked orders to the patrons instead of politely request to comply with the mask mandate. Young shaved-head gal, lighten up, don’t be so rude to your customers 😡

I recently moved into this neighborhood and came into this location to work for the day. Great service and extremely friendly staff, but I have to say the best part is how much fun the staff seems to be having. They're currently all jamming to "Your Song" and its making my day.

Very well located a good from Lincoln Park playground and zoo entrance making it a perfect stop to get a cup of coffee before heading into the park. Ordered a coffee, tea, and milk steamer for kids and the barista was very friendly and pleasant. Starbucks was clean and well organized.

Small and friendly is the best way to describe the environment and the staff at this Starbucks.
If you live in the neighborhood it’s an okay place to pop in with a book, but it’s not the kind of place you’d go with a big group of friends for a chat. Instead, it’s great if you’re on the go and need a bit of caffeine. I normally pop in on my way to Green City marketing on Saturday mornings and the line is rarely more than 5 minutes long.
