Busy Burger

Came with my nephews and brother after their flag football game nearby. Really great quality, selection and prices. I got the impossible burger with hand cut fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and there was a nice spicy kick to the secret sauce they use. The bun was also nice and thick plus fluffy. The fries were very hot and fresh, salted just right. My nephews loved their hot dog and cheeseburger, and also said the fries were good. My brother got the portabella sandwich and it is phenomenal! I wish I ordered it, it was crunchy fried goodness 😋 yay for being plant based/vegan friendly! The serving sizes are good, none of us finished our meal so we took it home. Inside is cozy, it was crowded but we got a table. They make use of the space well with counters running the length of the restaurant. They also have seating outside. So glad I got to try this place, highly recommended for burgers and I hope they open a location in the south loop!

The food was super duper delish. I got the Turkey stuffed burger with a side of fries. It was so hearty and filling. The atmosphere was dry and there could be efficiency in the ordering process. It is also a bit difficult to park at this location. Their spicy sauce is a good dip for the fries, even better with ketchup. I def would return for another burger in the future.

Went in during lunch time recently and I was blown away! I got the Busy Burger with cheese, as well as fries and a drink. Everything was delicious, cooked to perfection, and fresh!! While the portion was quite filling, I just couldn’t put my food down! I loved it so much that I went back soon after for a mini burger and onion rings - the perfect amount of food, peak freshness. I appreciated how fast the food came out, as well as the outdoor seating!

Stop here for lunch after work. Got their turkey burger with this spicy sauce they use. Everything was fresh, crisp, and juicy. Maybe a little more seasoning on turkey burger. The fries was delicious. Next time I will try beef burger and one of their wraps. The staff was great and helpful. Till next time busy burger

I love the burgers here, but order takers need to improve the quality of their service and don't assume that all customers know how this works, they need to be mindful and knowledgeable to the menu or the options of food. Cooks do an amazing job on the back and I think order takers need to be at the same level. Stephanie G was my order taker she did took my payment the food was ready sitting on the counter but she didn't handled to me, instead she stepped back to joke around with another worker unacceptable!! 😵‍💫 . I bought a tk burger with a drink the food was in a paper bag when I opened I realized there was not fries in it so I called to the restaurant I asked for my fries and the order taker said "well you didn't make it combo" but isn't when you buy a burger with a drink a combo.!!?? overall I enjoyed my burger I'll keep coming back but hopefully the hospitality and customer service would be better.

I’ve attended University near here for 4 years and have been here quite often, now 1 year later after graduating the food somehow has gotten better. The burger was satisfying and just taste like an upscale backyard burger. They’ve updated the restaurant and outdoor seating and it is just a better experience now. Didn’t think they could improve but they did.

Good food, but ain't no way you paying nearly 4 dollars for 4 onions rings. $1 a ring, is this where we are at now. I got 4 onion rings in an order of them. Burgers are good, but again too much for price. Shakes are think and just the right amount of sweet. This place is good to eat at, but the price is not worth it. Friendly customer service.

Great place to grab a quick bite. It was a great portion, I could not finish my meal. It was very delicious, and seasoned and dressed to perfection. Though this is a very small establishment, there is the option to dine outside for a little more room. Parking is very limited. Expect to park a few blocks away. Which is okay, because it is settled in a pretty cozy neighborhood. There are other eateries door to door.
