I come to Chicago for business trip. I was looking for average price restaurant and decided on this one at 6pm. I didn't review Goggle and didn't know about its price (not very expansive). The restaurant had very few customers at bar counter and empty of the table. I ordered Vodka Pasta with Chickens for $20 and IPA special for $4. I think its price should be $$ instead of $$$. Maybe its fish/seafood dishes is ~$40 but its other dishes are ~$20. Modern decor, quite, clean. The pasta is very hot spicy and it is the taste I like. I live the surprise to my taste buds, creative dish, and fresh. I specify ask whether the pasta and chicken is freshly prepare because I was skeptical that it is empty. Everything is affirmed to be freshly prepare and I can confirm after tasted it. There is no review in 2015 but it deserves to has more. I will come again and recommends to others even for business meeting or romantic/quiet/quick dating
I stopped in here after failing to find a Garrett's popcorn in the food court. I had been to Nick's many years ago, when it was located in the First National Bank Plaza (Chase). Even then they were a classy place, and they still are. I just ordered the angus burger to take back to work, but while I was waiting, I ordered a manhattan. The mixologist made hers differently than I make mine, she added orange peel, and what I think was grenadine, plus the sweet vermouth, and no bitters. It was very good, unfortunately I had to go back to work and could not have another. The burger was cooked to perfection, the bun was very good, I think it was whole wheat. Fresh, crisp lettuce and a nice thick slice of tomato. Next time I visit here, I am going to stay for a while.
Great dining experience!. Service was excellent, my lobster bisque and risotto was a very good choice. Definitely will return.
