We had a great meal and had friendly, attentive service. Seating was a little cramped, but setup was good for conversation even on a busy night. The trout with mushrooms was nicely prepared, flavorful, and generously portioned. We'll go back soon to try the pizzas.
This place is adorable. And whoever thought to make every table a booth wins all of the awards. The waitstaff was super attentive, to the point one of my friends had to guard her plate so they wouldn't clear it (which was hilarious). The food is phenomenal and I will personally recommend the pancetta wrapped dates filled with gorgonzola. I mean, come on! So good. Pretty reasonably priced for tapas too. It was my friend's birthday and she received a free piece of chocolate cheesecake with a candle in it! yay. Good stuff.
Excellent hidden gem in the neighborhood. We were just walking by and stopped in to eat. After a short wait we had a wonderful server, split some aps and a pizza, and had a few of the great wines they have. Definitely coming back here again.
Maybe my expectations were too high? For starters we found at when we got there that they just started taking reservations- which we would have prefered but had been told they didin't do. The small plates were very good, but for the price, eh? WIne selection was good. Server was a sweet heart. The custom booths are awesome- but I would have made a res and gotten a private booth if I'd known it was an option.
Expertly crafted cocktails pair well with their pizza. Sit up front at the bar and enjoy people-watching out of their large windows that open onto the sidewalk.
Amazing food and incredible staff. Wish I could more stars. Get the pizza!!!!!!!!
