I have been to a lot of Starbucks, but this particular location stands above the rest. Gennie (spelling?) is an absolute jewel of an asset to the the company. She is prompt, cheerful. and always ready to go above and beyond to be one of the most helpfull people I have ever met at a Starbucks location. I will go out of my way just for the personal service and wonderful attitude she has as it help start my day off right. A+++++++++ The world needs more people like her.

Early morning breakfast for commuters is a blessing at Starbucks. Add your favorite breakfast beverage, a Classic Oatmeal garnished with muesli cherries currants raisins and berries--for sweetness, add Agave syrup and Golden Sugar. Warm up with hot water and enjoy a wholesome bowl of Starbucks oatmeal. Enjoy your Starbucks Rewards.

I have very low expectations for Starbucks in the Loop. They are usually understaffed and rude to non-regulars. But my experience this morning prompted me to write a review. The barista at the register was the kindest and most positive person ever. She even expertly removed a person from the store who was causing issues for other customers without it escalating into something dangerous. Give this woman a raise. She should be training your team on a national scale. She made everyone smile...at 7am in the City!

The service at this location is unbeatable. I’ve come several days in a row while staying nearby and every shift is great. Super friendly and thorough staff. Very clean store.
