We LOVE Nella’s! It is my comfort place. I go for the gnocchi and a Bellini (or 2 🙃) - my daughter loves that she can get a pizza that looks like Mickey Mouse, a fish, or a rabbit! My 3 year old son is obsessed with the calamari and my husband loves to try new things every time we go 🙂

This was a fantastic find on my trip visiting from California. Their pizza is the traditional Naples-style with soft crust. Excellent food and terrific service from Ricardo.
I ate the Amalfi Pizza, and the bruschetta di Burrata.
While I visiting Chicago, I also ate some deep dish at a couple of the popular pizza places, and I can say this pizza is much better.
A fun activity would be riding bikes from North Chicago along the river and stopping at this place for lunch.

I have dined here several times and love it!! The service is always extraordinary with kind and attentive waitstaff.
The food is always incredible; their appetizers, pasta and pizza are all delicious.
I would highly recommend stopping in for a meal!

Excellent pizza, pasta and dessert! The only shock is $8.00 scoop of ice cream was not worth it. It was worth maybe $4.00 at most. Otherwise the food overall was so good I don’t want to ding them too hard on that!

We came here after going to the Pompei exhibit at the museum of science and industry and LOVED our service, meal and ambiance. We got the focaccia and meatballs as an appetizer. The meatballs were some of the best I’ve ever had. Then we got a margarita pizza and chocolate mouse dessert. Reasonably priced and DELICIOUS!

I don’t know if I came on an off day, but I just expected more coming here after learning this was a bib gourmand. Service was mediocre and the pizza was good, but it wasn’t amazing in my opinion. I’ll definitely come again in the future if I’m in the area.

Perfect place to enjoy authentic Neapolitan pizza! The quality of the pizza is in line with the best Italian restaurants in Chicago. However, it’s disappointing that they do not offer a Gluten free pizza option.

This place floored me with surprise. Yes I know that it is Michellin Bib Gourmand but the quality of the food is top notched and the portion is HUGE. When I got my pasta, I told my friend how can we finish them? However, it was so good that we wiped both pasta dishes out! Each dish has unique flavor. The seafood is so fresh. I never tasted mussels like this before: it is not rubberish at all. You can even taste the pleasant flavor of saltwater but without salt. This is definitely the place I will visit again when I come to Chicago.

It is a really good Italian place. A tiny bit too salty for my taste and could have been more food for the price. But I enjoyed it overall.
