Nice environment in downtown area. Grabbed a snack & drink. Sat down & used the internet to get my work done. The hotel I stayed at, I had issues with their internet service. That's why I came to Starbucks. A reliable internet service provided for their customers in a pleasant setting. Thank you Starbucks for being consistent everywhere I go.

Hi! My name is Honda! I normally go to this particular Starbuck’s every morning. They are extremely nice and friendly. I never had anyone take my order with a bad attitude.
I normally order the same thing most days and they always remember my order. It feels so great to walk in a place where the service is still exceptional. You ladies and gents are during an awesome job! If I can give them a 10/10 they would 100. Thank You all for your speedy and fast service!

In downtown Chicago, one of many Starbucks. I must say that on a super busy day, and with one barista short, the two working baristas and the manager did an incredible job serving up customers as quickly as they could. Hats off.
(I enjoy Starbucks' products and service almost always, but do struggle with their price point.)

As a regular Starbucks customer, I've stopped at this Starbucks location since it was close by at the time of my shopping. The location, atmosphere, view, Starbucks baristas, and selection of snacks/merchandise were great. My order turned out just as expected and was charged correctly with the order as mentioned. The Starbucks barista was very polite and delivered a great in-store experience. She even made a smile and commented positively about my tie looking great. As a young professional, I appreciate the fact that they pay attention to detail. It shows a lot about a person’s character. I'll definitely be back at this Starbucks should I be close by again. Thanks again Starbucks as always, ❤️🇺🇸!
