Disotto Enoteca

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we had an incredible experience! Both sets of parents were super happy, as were my fiancé and I! We did a family style dinner with a 2 hour bar package, and the venue is GORGEOUS and the food is great. My absolute favorites were the Profiteroles al Gelato and the Bruschette alla Romano! The wine there is really tasty as well. The staff was so attentive and great to work with! It's very affordable too for a rehearsal dinner. I definitely recommend this place if you want an AMAZING private space.

My girlfriend and I came here on a Saturday at 8PM and were sat right away. They do not take reservations. The Atmosphere and Ambiance: This is one of the best places you can go for a romantic, intimate dinner. The place is not overly large which means you won't have a ton of noise generated from the amount of people in the restaurant. There are no windows since the restaurant is underground but it does not feel claustrophobic at all. The entire place has a wine cellar theme and is lined from floor to ceiling in antique-looking brick. Once downstairs you can sit yourself anywhere you would like and a waiter will be by as soon as you sit down. The Food: One thing to note - Disotto Enoteca does have their own, smaller, separate menu but you can ask for the larger, upstairs menu and they will happily provide it, which is what we did. We ordered the bruschetta (pictured), a chicken, prosciutto, and mushroom entree (best mushroom sauce I've had), and their red sauce-based rigatoni; they were all absolutely incredible! The portion sizes are very filling and the staff is very knowledgeable about their menu and are happy to make recommendations as well as wine pairings for any dish you order. The Service: The waiter made our already amazing evening, spectacular. He was always happy to make a recommendation and was very attentive to our needs, requests, and refills. It's not often that we leave a restaurant talking more about how great the waiter/service was than the restaurant. Overall: We will absolutely be planning another dinner date night out to this restaurant as it was one of the most pleasant and memorable dinners that we have had in a long time.
