This is the best operated Chick-fil-A in the city! Love coming here. The customer service is amazing and the operator really seems to care about this location. Way better than the other ones I’ve visited

I'm from Atlanta and grew up on chik fil A. In fact my grandfather was very good friends with Truett Cathy. I've been to the Dwarf House also. We travel back and fourth between Atlanta and Chicago and I am delighted to know that the Chick-fil-A service perfection is completely intact at this location.

If you want some delicious chicken then look no further! I absolutely love getting the chicken nuggets here and the chicken sandwich is amazing. It was busy for lunch but the food was still good and not a thrown together in a rush sandwich.

We have eaten at this location several times, great customer service since beginning, almost no waiting time for us, the food was good, very satisfying and I highly recommend dining here. I love everything about this place. Their chicken sandwiches were thick and juicy and wonderful. I can see why people love them. I’m impressed with the staff’s professional consistency during their busier hours. The food always looks and tastes great. The service is quick and they haven't messed up my order yet. If you want some chicken, it is hard to go wrong with Chick-fil-A.

This Chick-fil-A location is beside the Magnificent Mile. I have to admit that they serve a decent meal experience.
We came to this location for a late lunch. It was still packed with folks eagerly waiting for their food in an orderly fashion. Staff pleasantly greeted me upon meal pickup. The chicken sandwich was balanced in flavour inside a buttered brioche bun with pickle. The deluxe sandwich was similar just with cheese, tomato & lettuce as well.
The sandwich meal came with waffle fries and refreshing iced tea. A good trifecta topped by super friendly service.

We’ve had our share of – bad – experiences with rubber-like chicken breast patties. Believe us, Chick-fil-A is different. The patty is soft, juicy and evenly cooked. Served amid a toasted whole-grain bun, alongside fresh tomatoes, and lettuce. A simple, healthy, delicious meal.
