I'm from Atlanta and grew up on chik fil A. In fact my grandfather was very good friends with Truett Cathy. I've been to the Dwarf House also. We travel back and fourth between Atlanta and Chicago and I am delighted to know that the Chick-fil-A service perfection is completely intact at this location.

If you want some delicious chicken then look no further! I absolutely love getting the chicken nuggets here and the chicken sandwich is amazing. It was busy for lunch but the food was still good and not a thrown together in a rush sandwich.
This is the best operated Chick-fil-A in the city! Love coming here. The customer service is amazing and the operator really seems to care about this location. Way better than the other ones I’ve visited
First off, I love Chick-fil-A. I love everything about it, including the company's willingness to stand by its principles no matter what. Closed on Sunday to honor their religious beliefs, the whole deal. I don't totally share their beliefs, but I generously applaud them for being non-PC about it.
So I go out of my way for CfA. Fortunately, the sandwich is to die for and much healthier than alternatives.
This location was very busy, but the service was fast and efficient. They had a young woman bringing orders to people waiting. So there wasn't the usual crush around pick-up area that you see in most fast food places. Everything with a smile and thank-you. And, of course, that signature piping hot fresh vs heat lamp preserved
This Chick-fil-A location is beside the Magnificent Mile. I have to admit that they serve a decent meal experience.
We came to this location for a late lunch. It was still packed with folks eagerly waiting for their food in an orderly fashion. Staff pleasantly greeted me upon meal pickup. The chicken sandwich was balanced in flavour inside a buttered brioche bun with pickle. The deluxe sandwich was similar just with cheese, tomato & lettuce as well.
The sandwich meal came with waffle fries and refreshing iced tea. A good trifecta topped by super friendly service.
Quick and friendly service. I usually order through the app to get my food as soon as I walk in. And it is as quick as that. The restaurant is always well-kept and clean.
This location does get packed sometimes and if you don’t order ahead of time you’ll find yourself waiting in line for a few minutes. But usually once you order you get your food pretty quickly and mine has never been cold.
I usually get the nuggets or tenders with fries. I loooove the fries here.
The food is great easy location to get to. Good staff and big dining area.
Quality of food served has not diminished in years since its inception when my family first tasted in Virginia the crisp chicken from 'the south'!sckh
Their service is unmatched! My family loves this place. As a vegetarian, I order the salads with no meat and I am still so full! They are so good!
Chick fil A is my first choice and this place have it . They follow their presentation and service impeccably. The staff is so friendly and nice. Food is always fresh and amazing. Super clean place as I expected!
