Super friendly staff, great bagels and coffee. Miss Daisy, JLo, Lillian, Missy, and crew were all super sweet towards me and my 3 month old twins while we were in town for business. Thanks for everything ladies!
Staff and food are amazing I wish they had some chairs to sit and enjoy my coffee and work remotely. The staff were very accommodating and made me feel welcome. Shout out to Michelle and Mari! You both are rockstars!
It was my 1st time at Einstein's, and I liked it a lot. I had a Texan Brisket with Garlic Beagle, the location has an excellent location (conveniently close to my chooses hotel 😏) and a lot of inside space, it was barely crowded and device was as quick as you could expect. Restorooms were clean and staff was very attentive. In my opinion, the combination I chooses was a bit too dry 😅 but very tasty 🤤.
Food was good, however they messed up 3 of 9 orders in my group. They remade their items quickly which was nice. Wish there was seating inside

I wanted to stop by to try, and I usually pick up my breakfast from Starbucks next door- but what sold me is the Taste, Great Service, and affordable price.

The significant stand-out is the two young ladies that work every Friday morning. They are always so friendly, service me quickly, and give a quick chat. Compared to mobile order pick-ups where I forgot to say hello, it's a nice wake-up to my morning whenever starting my day :) Thanks ladies for serving up the best Bagels in Park Ridge!
Got 4 bagel sandwiches. All amazing. Wish I had an extra one right now!

Staff was very polite and immediately took notice of the customers. I purchased a BB and a cinnamon raisin bagel. Fresh and delicious.

WOW!! I exist in a bagel coma after this morning's amazing experience at Dearborn and Kinzie! I ordered using the app and arrived a few minutes early. A nice woman confirmed that my order was next to be fulfilled. And a super nice woman carefully packaged my bagels and spread, walking my bagels and super divinely hot coffee to me with zest and kindness. I felt like she appreciated my business. I surely appreciated her, and I hope that she knows it. And the bagels! Oh the bagels were DIVINE. My beautiful puppies also enjoyed licking the cream cheese from my fingers, lol.
