Just returning from ten years in Houston and happy to see Cafe Bionda made it through the pandemic. 🎊 My friend and I would eat there often and decided to visit yesterday. Food did not disappoint! My first grilled calamari was here ages ago and even though the recipe changed, the tenderness is the same. Burger was amazing. Wasn’t medium as ordered but the quality of meat made it taste like it was! Incredible. Can’t go wrong with homemade Tiramisu and what’s a Friday afternoon dining al fresco without a cocktail. Try the espresso martini. 7 Cellars with meal. Highly recommend.

Delicious authentic Italian spot in the south loop! Our ravioli was made in house and so good. The drinks were great and the private small dining area was so cute, located behind a wine rack. Love the idea! Overall great experience. Oh and the dessert?!!! Every single one was fantastic but you must get the tiramisu for sure

Came here for date night and my date was hesitant since he hadn’t been here in a few years. He knew they had changed management and a few things on the menu. His biggest worry was whether it would still be as amazing as it was before. Andrey (the manager) touched our table and was extremely kind, hospitable, and accommodating. He assured my date that they would be able to put together the meal he desired. They exceeded our expectations! The food was excellent! The support staff were also amazing! The ambiance was nice on this Saturday night and it felt very intimate although we sat near the bar. We will certainly be back. I highly highly recommend!
