Uptown Pho

This is such a lovely joint. I work in an office about 5 minutes away so I really enjoy getting pick up from here. My coworkers and I always get either vermicelli, bun bo hue, or bun rieu to share. They always make sure to pack the correct number of utensils when I tell them I'm sharing. Today I called to make my usual order of Bun Bo Hue. I mentioned I was sharing with a friend and if they can give me an empty bowl on the side to split the soup. Turns out, they already split my soup for me into two bowls. The food tastes amazing but nothing compared to the hospitality. Highly highly recommend them if you are around here or even visiting.

I had high expectations about this Pho place, the broth was like sweet clove tea, i asked xtra karge and i got tons of onion and 7 super very thin slices of meat (like deli slices) the fried rolls ,just look at the pictures, one was dry,kind of fried in a flat, the other like double fried and very little meat, the flavors of the sandwiches were good,but very poor on protein and paté, one was with chicken and seem just vegetables inside, just 3 super small pieces of pork in one sandwich.

Their vermicelli is amazing! I highly recommend the one with pork (the restraunt's favorite), it's cooked and seasoned perfectly! Their banh mi is yummy and big! This place offers food that's super delicious for a very cheap price (like $3-8, can't beat that). Their staff is nice and helpful. If you ask them their recommendation, they'll give you great advice based on what you like!
