We really like Sonic's food and beverages. We always look forward to visiting when we are in town.

Horrible service, rude staff and never get orders right. This location charges extra for stuff like dipping sauces or onion and pickles, where the the south side one doesn’t. Came in yesterday and my coneys were disgusting, they didn’t have any onion when I asked for extra, the tots tasted like the fry oil hadn’t been changed in months and were super salty and my cherry limeade was more lime than cherry. Have had bad service experiences in the past with this location and don’t visit it like we used to because of it. Yesterday gave it a try thinking things had changed and was wrong, so that will be our last time going to this location. We will drive to the south side one from now on. It’s worth it for the better service

Food was good as usual but 3 of 3 orders were incorrect, we were brought the wrong receipt and the server was totally confused about the whole process.

I've been coming to this particular sonic since I was little. When I was younger, this place seemed decent. But as of the last several years, it's been consistently bad quality. One of my favorite snacks is a butterfinger blast. I've tried to get one several times now over the last couple of months, but their icecream machine is always broken.
I had surgery that's left me bedridden the last few weeks. I wanted a nice treat to cheer myself up- a butterfinger blast- and low and behold, their icecream machine is still broken. The service is extremely slow, they don't greet you at the window, they don't read your order back, they don't read your change back, and they consistently get orders incorrect. I tried with this place for so long, but will no longer go back.
Please save yourself the headache and go to the Dairyqueen on Pershing.
