Arby's

I waited in line for half hour. Then paid and was told to drive around to the front door. So I did..i was waiting for potato cakes. While I was paying ( while still in drive up) I asked for ketchup. Arby sauce and horsey sauce. When he brought me my 5 regular roast beef for $10. I asked? Did you remember my sauces. And he smiled and said Yes. Feeling sure I had my whole order I headed home. After I got home and sat down to eat I found out 1 of my 5 sandwiches wasn't what I ordered. And there were no sauces. So disappointed 😞. I trusted you. 😞

They were very patient with us at the drive through speaker as we had multiple orders that changed mid order. The food we received was very fresh and hot. I would suggest trying the Buffalo Chicken Slider if you haven't yet it is my favorite. The staff at the window was very considerate offering drink holders, sauces, and napkins. Overall was a great drive through experience! If you are coming from I-80 it is a little farther than you think from the exit and the road signs back to I-80 will take you through a bit of downtown with stunning murals before popping you back on the interstate.

The drive through service at this location is Inexplicably slow. Literally. I assumed it was because everything was being made fresh to order. But you know what they say about making assumptions. The potato cakes were fresh and hot as Hades, however, the sandwich was stale and oddly cold. My chocolate shake turned out to be Jamocha, so be certain to enunciate your words clearly when placing your order.
