Pizza Hut

Order a pizza to go, showed up and the employee came out and said some of the staff including the manager quit so everything was crazy. Waited almost an hour after I got there to get my food. I wouldn’t have been as mad if after he said they were slammed, he didn’t go inside and start eating pizza. Also a woman showed up well after I did and she got her order almost immediately. I gave the second star because he gave me my money back and a 2 liter. I understand it’s not his fault people quit but, they could have contacted people to give them the option to cancel or wait a little longer.

Don’t order from here. I live down the street from this restaurant... I ordered delivery and they never brought my food. There apparently wasn’t a manager on duty because the teenager I talked to couldn’t refund me without he/she. I called the next day and still couldn’t talk to a manager. I put in a complaint to corporate and they said the manager would contact me and never did. I’m literally filing a dispute and going through my bank to try to get my damn $50 back. Absolutely ridiculous.
