Pizza Hut

Called in, placed an order with their national line because everyone at the store refuses to answer. Everytime they tried to transfer me to a manager the line was busy and it hung up on me, four times over. Person picking it up had to pay for it out of their own pocket because no one at this store cares to answer the phone. After being loyal customers for 5 yeas I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This location really needs some improvement. My wife called because we had a credit due to an issue with a previous order. She was calling to find out how much the credit was for. The female manager who took the call said she couldn't find the credit and blamed it on the staff saying that "they were not supposed to do credits over $20." My wife told her that she thought it was supposed to be $25. She offered to do a $15 credit but reluctantly agreed to honor the $25 original credit. We ordered a supreme and a taco pizza. When the order arrived we found out that the toppings for our taco pizza were put on the side instead of being cooked on the pizza. When my wife called again the same manager answered the phone. When my wife told her we didn't ask for the toppings on the side and told her we wanted it remade the right way she got an attitude and told her to call corporate and that we were being ridiculous. For expecting someone to do their job right? How would she feel if it was something wrong with her food? It really makes you wonder if that's the way the management is then how can you expect anything more from the rest of the staff.
