If your hungry after 11pm and want a Big Mac, good luck. I would choose a gas station hot dog instead. You would probably have a better and certainly quicker experience. The crew that runs the graveyard shift at the Lincolnway property is rude and incredibly inefficient. I would go as far as to say they are just flat-out lazy. I would replace the whole lot of them if I was the owner of this store. They are not doing them any favors. Managers included. The problem usually begins with management. They obviously don't retain the skills to actually manage. Just seems like a bunch of kids work here after 11pm. They are an embarrassment to the McDonald's brand and cast a dark shadow over the day crew who actually know how to run a store properly.

I normally don't bash restaurant, but today I have time. Let's start with the french fries that felt like someone played with it in their mouth, and without biting them spit them in the box. The mocha was terrible but I guess the fries was, so why not the drink too. You get two stars for the burger it was the only thing made correctly.

This place never has it together after 11 PM. I don’t know if it’s the night staff or if they are low staffed at night but every single night you will have to wait for longer than 30 to 40 minutes no matter how long the line is. If you are having an issue with your drive times for more than a few months you should correct the problem, get it together or don’t even be open at night.
