Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom

Stopped into an old favorite that now is just old. From the moment we walked in, we were ignored. Girl in red hoodie sweatshirt did not even acknowledge our party, welcome us to their restaurant or let us know someone would be with us shortly. Server (Courtney) offered me refill of iced tea at end of meal despite making 2 other trips to table previously, ingredients on our deep dish order was missing; turns out server did not enter requested items. Food was good. Burgers are awesome for a non-burger restaurant. Appetizers are meh regarding choice. With businesses fighting for dollars in the Covid-19 era, Old Chicago needs to step it up big time in Cheyenne. Would not recommend at this time.

I typically love Old Chicago but the past couple of times their service & food have dropped way off. Took my kids in 1 night-orders were wrong after waiting 45 minutes. Have ordered door dash & orders are wrong or missing items. When I have called about the missing items I have been offered a credit that was never received. Tonight is no different. My order is missing items & the food I did receive is burned black

Always decent, never amazing. It's a chain, basically the Applebee's of pizza and run of the mill bar food. Apparently they have a ton of beer on tap, I don't drink so I've never tried any of their beers but the list is quite extensive. All in all, chain restaurant service, food and atmosphere. Our go to is the Thai pie on the thin crust, it's delicious!
