Capitol Quisine

Stopped in on a cold snowy Saturday morning to grab some breakfast. Little did we know that our food would be as wonderful as it was. The breakfast burrito was huge! My husband, who normally complains about most places not giving enough food, was satisfied. I had the omlet. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend, and will be coming back.

Not too bad, but room for improvement as all young businesses have. Staff are friendly and are prepared to assist customers. Soups of the day were pulled pork and potato or cream of broccoli. Both were scrumptious. My Ruben came a little disassembled and the bread was grilled but a little cooler than I would have liked, also felt like there wasn’t enough Ruben invited on the sandwich itself. The lettuce on the salad bar was wilting and the service promptly replaced it at our request. My self assembled salad was alright overall but felt like their weren’t enough fresh toppings. The salad dressings could be labeled. Utensils looked like they could use a good scrub.

The freshest sandwich creations around. From the ample menu, that is written on the central wall, you can choose soups, sandwiches, salads, and some tasty sides. All are made with fresh ingredients while you wait. Comfortable dine-in atmosphere, large servings, great prices, tasty, creative food all in this place. I recommend eating here.

The sandwiches here are excellent. The sandwich I had was a BLT with extra bacon, I believe they called it the Koop. The bacon was flavorful abd wasn't that paper thin stuff you get at some places. It is a casual dining that is family owned. There menu covers a whole wall, it is a giant chalkboard with the menu written on it. It takes a little while to take it all in the first time.

I have been driving by as often as possible to see if they were open yet. Today I even had my daughter with me. We enjoyed dining in. She loved her French dip and fries, and I enjoyed my veggie w/fries. The best part about going to The Capitol Cuisine? The owners! They are so friendly and accommodating. They work really hard every day to make their customers happy. You can't go wrong dining there!
