Ihop

Best experience I have EVER had at IHOP! Seated quickly, and welcomed by the server. Drinks served promptly and food delivered in short order, attentive and friendly, food was hot and correct from the start, hash browns were probably overdone but not detrimental to the meal. Reduced menu due to Covid but still plenty of great options. Will definitely come back.

Pretty good IHOP experience. We were there twice for breakfast. My only ding is that they aren’t distancing the tables and there aren’t protective dividers between booths. The food was really good the first time and not quite as good the second time. Same with service. First time, all of our food was great. Hash browns in particular were really tasty and well prepared. Second time, the bacon wasn’t as crisp and the pancakes were slightly overdone. Chicken fried steak was good. Standard egg platters were nicely done.

My family and I arrived at IHOP at noon. They asked if I could give my phone number to call and tell us when our table was ready. Never got the phone call and when we went into check they said they had called and didn't get an answer. There was no missed call and didn't have a ring. The hostess seated us at the table. With in five minutes we had our drinks then our waiter didn't come back and take our order after 15 minutes. Then a waitress came by when it wasn't her area and took our order. Then we waited almost 30 minutes for our appetizer. Then another 30 minutes for the main course. The whole experience took 2 hours. Our male waiter was very rude. The female waitress was very courteous and pleasant. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. The manager did comp our meal but even at that time it still almost wasn't worth it, but the female server (waitress) made it bare able.

I took my mom to eat breakfast and I hav never had problems until that day. The only think edible were the french toast I had. The sausage was raw, bacon was also raw, my hash browns were way overcooked. My moms pancakes were raw in the middle. They gave me 25% off my meal because I was able to eat my French toast. This is unacceptable.
