A co-worker and I got racially profiled at this 7-Eleven location on April 22nd 2022 approximately 8:45 a.m. I went there to purchase a energy drink & a breakfast sandwich. got rung up by an elderly lady. I pass off the energy drink to my coworker which was paid in full... we went out the store got back in our vehicle but was stopped by a middle age Caucasian woman with a blonde ponytails which I believe was the manager. She accuse us of stealing. So me and my coworker then went back in the store to confirm with the original cashier that the purchase was paid for.. instead of getting a apology for their mistake we got blamed for not letting them know that I made a purchase and gave the energy drink to my coworker which doesn't make sense to me when my coworker was right next to me when we left the store

I love how the owner is coming up here apologizing to everyone. He is the one that's in there working and he is very rude! The store has had multiple corporate complaints and they have yet to do anything about it. Most of the staff is very friendly. I hope you lose your franchise.

Rude staff. Dirty store. Refused my daughter service for her mask not worn properly. Could have easily been handled politely. I doubt clerk would try and speak to an adult that way.

Went in today to get gas. Was asked to wear a mask and when I told them I had a chronic illness that stops me from wearing one(doctors orders) she called me a liar and said there is no such illness and told me to get out very rudely. What I didn't understand is 3 people had walked out before me with no mask on. Never encountered such rudeness before but will never give them a dime again. Place is always nasty when I go in. Need to worry about cleaning their store and employees before trying to force people to wear a mask.

I just watched a guy in about an hour and a half ago that walked into 7-Eleven with no mask and his son I know for a fact was tested positive yesterday for covid... Tried calling numerous times they will not answer the phone I'm over an hour away right now... So that store has been infected with covid

Usually fill up once or twice a week at this gas station. The pumps never have paper to print off a receipt. I’ve had to start avoiding it due to that fact

Went in to try and resolve a double charge due to a card reader error (for the second time, I might add), store owner was very uncooperative and refused to refund the charge, even though I had proof in my hand that I was charged twice for the exact same amount.
Rated two stars only because the rest of the cashiers who work there are very friendly.
I will be taking my business to the BP that is across the street.
