Closed lobby, for social distancing and safety. Drive through only, open and ready for service. My fries are always golden hot, and ready to pair with my freshly prepared, hot and juicy burger, or sandwich of choice. Yummy 🤤

It really sucks service was slow and others in front of me couldn't get their orders right. The soda machine had bad tasting sodas and would not give you any ice. It took them over 30 minutes to get my order out. There were only about ten customers in the restaurant and people from the Drive through would come in trying to get their orders right.

Ordered Whopper JR with no mustard, mayo or onion. They got that right (yeah), plus 4 piece mozzarella sticks. The mozzarealla sticks were almost cold and they had NO Marinara sauce. Cold mozzarealla sticks with no sauce = garbage can. Hamburger wasn't really hot either and the lettuce looked like they used scraps. Not good...

Overall, I have nothing negative to say. We came inside and grabbed some breakfast before a trip and it came out rather fast and tasted pretty solid for the cheap price. My only critique is that I think the Crossiantwich needs some sort of butter to add a bit more flavor to the Crossiant. But, it was a good experience and I would return

This was a most horrible food I have gotten from fast food in a long time. There was no line at all Wendy's is next door to them with a very long line. We decided we would go to Burger King WRONG! The fries tasted from the window like they had set there 2 days, cold and wrinkled. I backed up and told them these are no good, they gave me some more after I waited 10 mins for more. They thought they were fooling me by adding still the cold fries with hotter ones. I took half of them to garbage then the sandwiches of fish the buns were burnt with fish chewy old! The whoppers were cold. I would say if they continue to give food like this for $18.00 They will go out of business. NOTE! I did say there was no line at Burger King when I went that should have been my clue to stay away!

I ordered online twice, and both times the orders were missing almost everything. For the second order the driver called and when he inquired about substitutions, he was told they only have french fries. They claim to be out of it all: BURGERS, SANDWICHES, SIDES, OTHER ENTREES AND SOFT DRINKS?! smh Save your money and go somewhere else or cook at home. There is a Wendy's right next to this burger king; it will always be worth waiting in their line instead of getting your order wrong at the empty burger king. There is a Taco Bell directly around the corner too.

I used to really enjoy getting food from this Burger King but the last two visits have just been disappointing. One time I got home to discover that they shorted us on our order and we were missing several items... Another time I placed an order through their app, only to arrive at the restaurant and be told through the drive-through speaker that they were actually closed. I had to contact someone from BK corporate to have a refund issued. Overall just an extremely frustrating situation. I will give them some credit though, the food has always been good, I just apparently can't always get what I ordered.
