The staff was playing around while I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes at the window. While was waiting for my food they were all standing around laughing joking. The fries were old and cold. The jumbo popcorn chicken was semi warm. The bacon was burnt, it looked like it was something from behind the grill. I called to complain and asked for the manager. The girl that answered named Omani she said she was sorry and she asked if I wand to speak to the owner, I advised I would so she set down the phone, I heard her talking to someone and they were joking about why I was calling. Then when she came back to the phone and she said he had left for the day I asked for his number. Another lady came to the line claiming to be the manager And I was given a phone number for the owner but when I called it sounded like the manager I spoke first called compain. I feel like it wasn't the owner so I decided to take my complaint here in hope to speak to someone that I could talk to.. The black stuff is bacon. I want to speak to the owner. I love sonic but this is nothing like the down the road by lowes. I am so disappointed. Next stop is corporate.

Waited 1 hour and 5 minutes. Still did not get our food. We ordered at one of the car kiosk. 40 minutes later we hit the button and asked when our food would be out. The girl said our order just came up and she would bring it right out. 25 minutes later we left without any of our food. No one should have to wait an hour and 5 minutes and still leave with no food.

First off. The person who took our ordered sounded like they did not care to take our order. Took forever only to come with lukewarm fries and our burgers which had poor presentation and wasn't even hot surprisingly tasted good. The girl came to the car and asked if we needed anything else besides the change back. We asked for honey mustard and barbecue sauce. Then she said she couldn't hear what I said so it was repeated to her. She didn't even bring it. Meanwhile i checked to make sure there was no bacon on my burger and realized they also didn't put the onion rings on it. When I brought this to her attention she said they dont have any. I said why didn't anyone tell me that when I ordered she said she doesn't know. Im pretty sure it was her who took our order in the first place because I recognized her voice. I basically paid a dollar extra for no reason as I already wanted no bacon. I will not be back. Poor customer service. Food is lacking very much.

In the past I've purchased a hot dog with just ketchup, nothing extra but they just decided to put all of the ingredients I never asked for. Last night I ordered a couple of burritos with just eggs, bacon, and cheese nothing else. I was about to enjoy it but they did the same mistake again for putting all the ingredients that I never asked for the second time. I do not know what's going on at Sonic currently. Probably lacking management or they just don't care at all.

My Momma and I were very happy that the Butter garlic burger was back. Delicious! We just went back last week June 2022. My Mom and I use the Sonic App. We pull into a stall make our order. The good thing about the app is drinks are half price all the time. Love the convenience of the app.

Horrible service cashier had to ask me to hold on at least 4 times just trying to take my order. Every drink I asked for they didn't have then it took over 20 minutes for them to bring my food out!

Some of the staff are unprofessional, leaning against counters scrolling their phone! Meanwhile myself and others are waiting on our orders. Please sort through and find better employees!
