If there was an option for 0 stores they would get it. Spoke with both manager and office manager and they blew me off because their app was not working. Charged me for 3 subs and never received my order. Then told me to wait an hour t discuss any refund however I’m trying to feed my kids. They lost my business

I’ve been here on several occasions and 90% of the time the screw up the order miss food. And because I order through the app the store blames the app and subway blames the independent store. Frustrating. We are just going to take our business elsewhere. And again go through this app and charged me for 3 subs and the store never received it. Spoke with the manager and office manger and they blew me off once again

Ordered from the app from this location and the food was ready before the estimated time which was amazing! Veggies were fresh and the order was exactly as ordered from the app. Would say though the bread was a little over cooked/drier than normal, but the sandwiches were still good and would recommend this location.

Where do I start? I usually go to the subway on battlefield which is closest to my house but I had to go to this subway because of a short lunch break. The employees seem young and are very rude. Tyler told me he couldn’t make me a melt because of a shortage which didn’t make sense, I asked him what he would recommend and he said “ that’s your decision” which I found extremely RUDE!! I left the store and went back to work hungry and disappointed. I called and spoke with the manager Jo Ann and she basically gave me the run around. I think they should have more adults at this location and not kids who are disrespectful and would rather play on their phones than take care of the customer.
