Ruth’s Chris Steak House was one of the best meals we’ve ever had - and we’ve been to many, many steakhouses around the country! The bottles of wine were a little over priced but the atmosphere and quality of steaks made up for it. Our waitress Abigayl was super friendly, professional, and overall really great - they are lucky to have such a great employee! The only negative feedback we have is that I was severely burned on my finger - the food runner did NOT let know the plate was super hot and placed it far away from me so I had to move it closer not knowing it would burn me, badly. I spent the next 1.5 hrs icing my finger on my water cup while dining and are still icing it currently.
We enjoyed our visit. The food was great. The staff was friendly. I'm not sure the atmosphere of women's WWE wrestling on the tv is really the proper atmosphere for Ruth's. Also. The service took far too long. We exepxtong service times for a fine dining experience, but the wait times from entering til leaving were very long.

Shout out to our awesome server Laura! We came to Ruth's Chris for a special birthday dinner and Laura took amazing care of us. She knows the menu well and made excellent suggestions. She checked on us often to ensure our happiness. See you next time for another 5 star dinner
Absolutely amazing. My husband and I went on our anniversary and we got the porterhouse for two with Mac and it had not disappointed.

This is our second visit and we even got the same table as 3 years ago! Always great service and consistent food.
We went to dinner for my birthday and has an Amazing time. They set up the table with Birthday confetti and everyone was so Fun and Friendly. Our food was very tasty, great temperature and steaks you can cut with a fork. They offered me any dessert I wanted and I got my favorite Creme Brulee. Marisa and Nick were awesome it was a Great birthday experience. Thank you everyone at Ruth's Chris in Cherokee.
We ate their last week and we had the BEST waitress EVER! Her name was Savanna and she was super friendly, helped us order the best meals, was on top of her game with bringing us bread, drinks, and asked about sauces before we had to ask. She even recommended some fun stuff to do while in town. The steaks were served perfectly medium and tasted fabulous. We did make reservations which I recommend it is a very busy restaurant. Also our drinks were mixed great. Again though I can't say how awesome our service was. Thanks and the cheesecake was great too.
We enjoyed a wonderful anniversary dinner. Kyle, our server, took very good care of us. The food was delicious and the serving sizes were very generous. The only drawback was having to traverse the casino to get to the restaurant.
