Worst McDonald’s ever in North West Iowa! Saw two high school students making out! Absolutely gross! High school students were charging me extra! Not cool! My fries were super cold and very salty and smooth as well!

For a McDonald's it was decent service server forgot to hand me a coffee but we were there bright and early and the staff was friendly and expediently got it to me can't blame some people when their tryin to do prep work

One of the worst experiences. First off I was made to feel weird for not eating meat (first with confusion by the cashier then with giggles from her coworkers), then when I just ordered a hamburger swapping the meat paddy for shredded lettuce they wanted to charge me extra for the lettuce and the manager said "sorry I just cant override that"...so I walked out.

First of all food was cold, fries were not fresh our mc chickens were hard and dry, bad customer service rudeness.

We were asked to pull forward due to some items they were waiting for to cook... sat in the reserved spot for 20 minutes as 9 cars passed by us. Finally my son went in and our food had been sitting on the counter all this time because they didn't know where the order was supposed to go. I feel like at this mcdonalds ... your lucky to get any food... much less what you ordered!
