Ordered a biscuit sausage sandwich and the biscuits were hard as rocks. Usually the edges are crispy and the middle is soft. Not this time. I'm hoping it was just an off day and next time is better.

Hopefully it was just a bad shift. I understand those happened fairly often. My burgers were right and my chicken sandwiches were right. But I asked for fresh fries because I had a bit of a drive home. The fries were not fresh and the chicken chicken nuggets were cold. I can said hopefully this is not the standard for this McDonald's. But I understand the restaurant industry bad days can happen.

We just got done going through the drive thru and everyone was so polite and patient as we figured out our order. We were met with a smile by every worker.
(The lovely blue haired human working drive thru window #1 was balancing us and the headset with such ease and confidence. They deserve a raise!)

Wanna wait forever to get food from a place? How about a drink? This is the place! They also apparently love to talk to people while holding up the drive-thru line!
Never coming back here. Also, their excuse for the person in front of us? Waiting for a root beer... uh, your lobby is closed due to staffing. Shouldn't take that long for a soda.

We just waited over 20 minutes for one coffee and one cone, all while the staff chatted behind the counter. Don’t stop at this location. Go on to a couple exits north where service is prompt and considerate

The Napavine McDonald's was very busy. The lobby was closed, and the drive thru was full. They were understaffed. But, when it came time to get my order in, pay, and get my food, they were still very courteous.

This McDonald is beautiful, clean so different. You don't need to go to the counter and order. They got computers so you can order yourself. I give him 10
