Taco Bell

This place use to be better when there was old management. I ordered my food online and said PICK UP INSIDE. but when I got here I saw a sign saying lobby is closed. If it’s closed then why is the option for inside pickup available on the app. Plus when I got my ordered I requested beans instead of beef and they put beef. Worst customer service and I recommend closing the place down if u can’t run it right or can’t find employees. Go to the Taco Bell on 153, it’s better customer service and they get your food right. I had to wait in a 10 car line ahead of me to pick up my order cold. I would give this place a zero if I could.

They messed up my order. I went back for it to be replaced and it looked like they threw it against the wall before it was given to me. After I returned a second time my order was finally corrected. The girl at the window was super nice all three times I went and offered me a drink while I waited and gave me some cinnamon twists.

Placed an order online and sent my husband to pick it up. He was there 40 minutes before they finally got the food to him. One of the workers said they forgot about him twice. When he got home to sanitze his hands and pull out the food her noticed a large amount of the order was not there. I called the store and a young lady answered and said I had the wrong location because they didn't have my order. I double checked and I did call the correct place and then the employee said they order didn't show correctly on her screen and asked what I was missing. I told her what I was missing and she said that was to much food for them to make and I should just call Head quarters. I explained that this was what I had purchased though. The employee said that there was nothing they could do and they won't make that large of an order and then explained the head quarters was in California and I should just call them and complain.

Just ripped me off on two boxes where the chalupas had 2 bites of steak and the same with the steak fries. I asked for 2 steak fries, got one with barely any steak and mostly tomatoes. Both boxes were pitiful and they refused to correct the mistake on the missing steak fries. Nacho chips always taste like straight oil. Horrible food and service, don't go here...

Terrible service, rude employees. We ordered pickup for in store but the door was locked which wasn’t a big deal so we just pulled through the drive thru. There were about 3 cars infront of us and it took over 20 minutes to get our food. We pulled up to the window and the worker was not very friendly. We asked if there inside was open and the worker seemed completely clueless. This used to be a great tacobell I do not know what happened..

The little girl with her lip peirce had a horrible attitude. She is a manager. She was working the drive thru. She forgot half of my order and I wanted the chalupa meal with beef and still gave me chicken. I'm not sure why she is working in a customer service atmosphere if she has absolutely no customer service. 🤔 where is all the secret shoppers at this location 🤔 they would definitely under fire for her horrible attitude.
