Auntie Anne's

Placed an online order for mini pretzel dog bucket an hour and a half before they closed, paid no issues. Went to go pick it up 20min later, drive all the way there park and go into the mall. Ask for my pickup and worker responding with “I’m not making your order, I threw all my dough out already.” He makes no effort for a solution just an excuse and sits there. i then proceeded to ask for a receipt after a minute of him mumbling about if I ordered it 5 minutes before I’d have it.

Tried getting a pretzel today at 10 after 12. No pretzels ready, only a couple cups of the "bites" that did not look fresh. Employee sitting on her phone and acted like I was interrupting when I asked for a #1. Was told that she would have to make the pretzels and it would be a 7-10 min wait. There wasn't even any dough sitting out, not to mention I didn't have the time to wait, so I asked if the bites were fresh and she said yes. So I ordered an #2 which she could not for the life of her figure out how to ring up. Asked her why there wouldn't be pretzels ready that time of day and she said that was usual because it was slow. I didn't buy that for a min. Finally was able to pay and got to the car to find the pretzel bites I got tasted like they had been sitting or from yesterday. Soggy and the butter tasted crummy. This employee didn't care and had a poor attitude as well as being dressed like she just rolled out of bed. Bad news for the franchise, too bad. Auntie Anne's usually has a good product, however this location does not do justice to the brand.

Love Auntie Anne's, the reason i didn't give them a five is because we were waiting for our pretzels at a table near by and the man working there kept taking his hat of and running his fingers threw his hair and tben put bis hat back on. He must have done it 3 or more times. Not good to do around food, especially cause people can see him doing it and it's not very sanitary.
