No staff at counter to take order, the machine for no contact order didn’t have receipt paper.
The staff never acknowledged the 6 people in waiting room, that is including myself! They also never gave me my drink, after standing in the lobby for 15 minutes.
Would like corporate to rectify this transaction & that store!
Men’s bathroom has no urinal, & 2 buckets were places by the toilet for a roof leak, and apparently pee as well

McDonald's on 3rd st. Is a great place to visit. The crew is always so nice, and very helpful. The food is always fresh and hot. I live right down the street so everyone there knows my face, and I always get a kind word and a smile..hands down one of the best places to eat in Chattanooga..when lunch time comes around don't forget about McDonald's on 3rd...

This is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Took about 35 minutes to get through the drive through and half the employees were out smoking during this time. My order was not only wrong but cold. This place needs better management and employees need to be trained better.

I was assured my order would be brought to my car because of my disability, though all curbside spots were taken. Employee took my order #, asked me 3X which car was mine. In the end, my daughter had to retrieve the order. The fries were cold and one of the bacon mcdoubles was missing. Customer service was very rude.

This was without doubt the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We went through there about 5:00 one afternoon and ordered two plain hamburgers and a diet Coke with some extra ketchup packets. We had to ask for the packets twice. When I got the order I went in the bag and opened the hamburger and it was a cheeseburger with lettuce and a ton of onions and no condiments at all and it was stone cold. I mean it had been sitting
someone in for a long time. I was very disappointed and I tried to eat it but it was really bad so I cannot recommend this place

When a loved one is in the hospital, you want to do everything you can to accommodate them, comfort them. When they request something so simple as a frappe, I found it quite disheartening to be asked by an employee of this store if I minded them just making me a Carmel because they didn't feel like walking to the back to get the mocha.
I didn't feel like wasting the two dollars it cost me to leave the parking garage at Erlanger or to wait in line in the ever over crowded McDonald's down the street, only to spend even more money on something I didn't even ask for.

Lock your doors and be sure all your windows are up in the drive through and when visiting the lobby. You'll have visitors asking for a handout. I've even offered to take them to help me on jobs and they made an accuse as to why they couldn't . And I would of paid them cash at the end of the day. Most of them just want things for free. And people do it time and time again so it's getting worse.

I work first and second shift for the railroad as 99 which can't leave the yard for long so this McDonald's is our only resort 🙃 the last few times foods nasty hard or just get food poison You never have frappes or hardly anything to drink and employees are very rude be thankful that you make more money then I do and be mindful it takes more energy to be rude than be nice smile be grateful for your jobs ppl
