I placed an order online for 2 subs and got there 10 minutes later and they still didn't have my food ready then they wrip the Code off receipt and tried to make me pay for $4 more . It took me my whole lunch break just for 2 subs that was placed online. Then, the manager took 20 minutes to fix sub and the 2 other employees just sit there and watched him make it and didn't offer to help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE ON THEIR LUNCH BREAK.

The worst gas station to ever get good customer service! Customer service?? What a joke! I came a long way from Georgia to gas up on E85 and their pumps were in error. Instead of fixing the problem, the jerk clerk is going to explain to me that there are other customers messing with the buttons that caused this predicament. I angrily got my $25 dollars back and went to Cleveland! This crap happened on a Saturday night at 9:00pm and the employees that you have there should be terminated!! I'll never come to Chattanooga Speedway again!!

I ordered a frappe with no other customers at 7:36am it is now 7:46 am and I still don't have my frappe this has got to be the worst service I am now just asking for a refund for my drink this is ridiculous
