Since they're not selling the Spicey Fish, I thought I'd try something new. The steak burger was not disappointing. It's Really Good!

We came in today for a work lunch and the staff was so kind. We were promptly greeted upon entering and acknowledged upon exiting. One staff member even helped me carry my food. That level of friendliness isn’t seen too often these days and I hope management rewards this team accordingly!

Trip the the drive thru, everyone was friendly and our order got to us in great time, however, once I got back to work and began eating my sandwich, I quickly realized that I had been given a roast beef and cheese and not a plain roast beef. I'm lactose intolerant and even though I did not finish my sandwich after realizing it had cheese sauce, it still made me really sick.

Drive threw service is really bad, the guy at the drive through is very hateful and not respectful at all, customers are coming back and complaining, it’s so sad how these drive threw service fast food is so bad now and nobody does anything about it. This Arby’s wait times at the drive through is 20 too 30 Minutes.

I rarely eat Arby’s but I like it. Today I went and order food and was asked if I’d like to make it a medium or large. I choose medium & I should’ve choose small because my fries are SMALLER than a small fry, but other than that everything else is good

Come during lunch and more times then not the lobby is locked. I understand their are staff shortages but every other fast-food restaurant has their lobby open all day. Lazy

I love their fresh deli sandwiches and crinkle cut fries! Their jalepeno poppers w/ bronco berry sauce is wonderful!

Gyro was good, fries need some help they ware old and all I got were pieces of old curly fries mixed with crinkle cut fries not a good combination .😕
