Wellllllll, we had to wait a while at the door. Employees passed by several times but no one addressed us at all. Finally I stopped a young lady whom I assumed was a manager and asked were they serving this morning. She apologized and begin to grab condiments to seat us. At this time I informed her that there were two other patrons that were there before us that had not been seated two. Again she apologized and requested ALL of us follow her (blank look we all had).
We were seated at separate tables and drink orders were taken at my table. When they were brought out, we placed out order.
When our food finally came out, it was hot and delicious but that was literally 45 minutes later from the order placed time.
I would have left but it was my little 6 years old grand choice and I didn't want to discourage him.
It was determined that they were short staffed,, as all other restaurants are also suffering too.

I ordered Curbside pickup. This was by far the worst food I’ve ever had. Tried calling but their phone isn’t I service. So I’ll leave a review. The “Belgian Waffle” was as hard as a brick and there was barely an eggs & bacon. Worst breakfast EVER.

Worst food ever. Never order food from IHOP and Chattanooga. They will give you up undercooked patties and undercooked pancakes. The cooks must really hate their job

Horrible! They didn’t have everything in my order Bryan and Trina (the managers) went through my food with no gloves then gave it back to me and said “They remade everything” in which my order was still missing pancakes. I requested a refund and was told they do not issue refunds but they could compensate me with a drink. A waste of an hr of my time to still end up with cold food. The picture is of the omelet they claims to be the Spinach and Mushroom omelette

Apparently the restaurant had some sort of problem before I arrived. Rather than seat people and give them coffee or something, people had to wait in the lobby. Eventually three parties ahead of me were seated. I had the privilege of still standing ignored at the reception desk. Finally a young man, who I believe was a server, asked if I’d been helped. He was very polite, but still had to wait for the person whose job it was to seat me to come back. She ultimately did seat me, with no apology or explanation for the wait. As I waited 10 minutes plus for my coffee, never mind ordering, another group complained that they’d been waiting 40 minutes for their food, which when brought out, was given to the wrong table. They requested boxes to take the food they didn’t have time to eat. No boxes were ever delivered. When my food was brought out I had to ask for utensils, as did the table next to me. Another table was told the restaurant was out of creamer, and couldn’t do a grilled cheese for some unknown reason. For this privilege, four crepes and coffee, I was charged $13.20, and had to wait over 15 minutes to pay as I sat totally acknowledged. The restaurant was not busy. I highly discourage anyone from ever going to this IHOP. I’d have been better off waiting until my car was out of the shop to get to a decent place, even if it meant skipping a couple meals.

We walked out. I was a server for 8 years and my husband was a kitchen manager for 4 years. We have never walked out of anywhere and are extremely understanding when it comes to restaurant situations. But waited an hour for only half our food to come out and it was wrong. Never recieved my drink. It was a very poor experience.
Pictures to show old fries. Hashbrowns without cheese. My husbands coffee was never refilled. And I never recieved my coffee.
This is probably due to staffing. But this was a terrible experience

Visited this location today. Wasn’t too much pleased with the food or services. Let’s start with the service: I asked if I substitute the eggs for hash browns and waitress wasn’t too sure so he stated she would ask. She then comes back to the table relaying the message from the cook or manager, “I’ll make an exception this time but I can’t do this all the time”. Let’s be clear, no one eats here! Services suck! And who the heck says that to a paying customer. If you did could not (due to your policy/guidelines) or didn’t even want to that’s perfectly fine. I did not mind paying additional/extra for f’n hash browns. Then we ordered the sirloin tips (don’t recommend!)… they were super sweet as if they were marinated in sugar or some sweet seasoning prior to serving. Long story short, the experience was horrible. I would rather eat at the Hixson location or not here at all to be honest. We won’t be back.

I don't tend to write a lot of poor reviews because I try to be understanding with service industry jobs, but this place has consistently taken ages to cook orders. Typical wait times can take 1+ hours for meals that should really only take a fraction of the time. This isn't just one order either, it's multiple visits. If it wasn't for being one of the few places open late night I probably wouldn't even bother.
