Simple..some of the best smoked grilled southern grub there is..the brisket, bbq, & sides were so on point along with the in-house bbq sauces..the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, a nice down to earth environment..I'll slide into Hillbilly Willy's whenever I'm passing through or hangin in Chattanooga..btw..the Half Slab of Spiced Rubbed Ribs were absolutely delicious & perfectly made..top 3 in my life..excellent establishment • #hillbillywillys #ChattanoogaTN #bbq #brisket #ribs

Stopped in after seeing Rock City. My pork fried plate was like Tennessee poutine (incredible), and my friends' plates were all plentiful. You definitely get your money's worth here. Also, if they have buttermilk pie on the menu, you owe it to yourself to get a slice. Fantastic customer service, and you get a real feel for the history through the ambience. We'll be back, and that's a promise.
