Wendy's

They had the freshest salad I have ever had from a fast food place. The lettuce and spinach looked freshly picked. The bacon was nice and crispy. The chicken tasted like it came fresh off the grill. I ordered 4 combos with modifications and substitutions such as a plain cheeseburger add lettuce and bacon for my picky little eater. My entire order came out correct. The fries were perfect and delicious. The 2 men at the window were friendly and attentive.

Gave this place quite a few chances. Still the worst and laziest Wendy's I've ever been to. Not once have I been able to get through the drive through in less than 20 minutes (off peak hours). Staff takes their sweet time screwing around and almost gets mad at you if they have to do their job. They never answer the drive through box when you pull up and no matter how few (if any) people are there, they will always ask for more time before you can state your order. They will also flat out refuse to answer the drive through box if it's within 45 minutes of opening or closing, but can be seen laughing and screwing around inside.

This location seems to get your order incorrect every time. I ordered via the app for the first time thinking it would eliminate any errors. Nope. I tried calling the store but they never answer. Tried for 30 minutes without success. Notified corporate but I haven't heard from them either. I guess I am out of luck on getting my money back for what I was shorted. The store that is being built closer to me, if it ever opens, I sure hope is better or Wendy's will lose my business forever.

Visited this location today. Lobby was closed which is common since covid and everyone being short staffed. Waited in line 20 minutes, ordered and got to the window. Girl was rushing, took my card and shoved a bag back at me and said everything was in the bag. I get back to work and realized she handed me the receipt without my card. I had to go back and wait another 20 minutes to get my card back. The girl stated "which card" meaning this is a common issue.

I do not normally leave reviews but this Wendy's is pathetic. Worst Wendy's in the area. It is a drive thru only and it still takes 10+ minutes to get your food even with only 1 car in front of you in line. Since approximately 1 month ago they are only accepting cash for no known reason. The ownership clearly doesn't care about this location and you shouldn't either. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Wait in drive thru 47 minutes for a dried out food due to was premade and clearly evident. Order was single combo and double combo no receipt given. I'm assuming due to staff (that was arguing? didnt want me to have an order number to contact corporate. This location hasnt opened up inside since pandemic shutdown. No thank you nothing but dried up food!
