Sbarro

Presentation is nice. And 2 large slices of pizza with a drink for 9.99 is not a bad price for lunch. But I regretted it as soon as I bit into the pretty cardboard, which is what the pizza tasted like. This was my first time eating here and I thought it was suppose to be a really good pizza place but maybe my hopes were too high. I’d rather eat at little Caesars and get a whole pizza and 2 liter for that price or anywhere else for that matter. Not worth my $10. Won’t be going back. And the sweat tea was disgusting.

I haven’t been to the Sbarro location in years because I associated it with cold food and slow service. Iv been to other locations and enjoyed my experience. That was not the case this time. Great service, great food. I believe this location has a new team, because it is night and day a different experience. I will be returning regularly!

Most of my experiences with Sbarros has been very poor with how a certain coworker goes about treating me every time I come to the mall and order food from this location. I don't have a name to give, but he always loudly calls me sir and refuses to let me get a word in, and ALWAYS ends his sentences in sir. I know this comes across as whining from a trans person, but I don't even look or present as a man and have a nametag that reads Sophia (which as far as I am aware of, is a woman's name.) I don't care who you are - you don't disrespect a customer like this, and I refuse to ever come to this location. I will be telling others of the blatant disrespect that I have recieved.
