Kfc

Went to the drive through to place an order. Online it says they close at 10:00 the time was 9:50 the guy said they were closed. I asked him what time do they close he even said 10:00 but they were closed. 10:00 means 10:00 not 9:55 not 9:50 not 9:57. The guy was still serving food out the window but refused to take my order!!

Came here later and walked into the lobby. Around 8 PM or so. Was told I couldn’t place an order in the lobby. I “had” to go through the drive though. So I did that. As I was paying I was told part of my order was still cooking. Ok, I get that. As I pull into a parking space to wait. I see a sign. That says pick up mobile orders inside. Why the hell can’t they take my order inside again? The lobby doors are already open.

(2nd time with this issue) Arrived around 9:35pm-9:40pm. Pulled into the drive thru and waited roughly 3-5 minutes without anyone coming over the speaker. Another vehicle pulled up behind me as well during that time. Decided not to wait any longer and continued past the speaker, only to see that someone was at the drive thru window staring down at a phone or something on a table. They did not seem to even acknowledge me or the car behind me driving past. I get that we were a bit close to closing time, but what's the point in having a posted closing time of 10pm if you can't even get anything 20-30 minutes before?

Ordered a breast meal. Got a thigh. Called, “manager” said he just boxed the breast meals and “I know the difference in a thigh and breast”, (no he doesn’t). Finally said to bring the meal back. Take meal back, he is t there. Female says we don’t give meals out free. Have her the thigh box, she says yes it’s a thigh and brings me a breast box. Just got home. Asked for fries, got mashed potatoes. Are these people on crack or what? Poor service, poor management and poor listening skills. Shame on this KFC. I will report to corporate now. You are better off going hungry.
