I work in the mall I always have a smoothie at least twice a week and today was the worse experience ever. I ordered a smoothie that was not to my liking and I ask if I could pay the difference for another size and what I really wanted. Well the owner herself says that I have to pay for another smoothie the way that I like it terrible way to run a business I will not return to Hamilton place smoothie king.

Went to grab a smoothie today and the employee working seemed pretty angry from the get-go. After he gave me my drink, I said “have a good day” in an attempt to be friendly because he was quite rude, and he responded with a snappy “that won’t happen.” I get having a bad day but geez :( won’t have a good day acting like that!

Very pricey; but they were helpful in helping me make a decision on what I wanted. The prices are outrageous, but if you like going out and just want somewhere to go then this is a nice place. But it is much much cheaper to make them at home. You can get the ingredients at the grocery store and blend your own for probably half the price and you could have a smoothie everyday. This would not be a bad place if it were less expensive.

The little teenagers that work here constantly take it into their own hands to close the place down early and then give you excuses as to why, yet they are sitting in their cars.... I got there at 8:28 (they close at 9) after working out and they told me they wouldn't make me a smoothie. They need to be fired or taught that they don't have the right to close 30 minutes before the closing time ESPECIALLY when we have to drive 20 minutes just to get here. I hope the manager fixes this issue because this is UNACCEPTABLE

I went there last night and got the medium Caribbean way, got 3 extra shots that was amazing. Decided to go there today got 2 LG drinks, added 3 extra shots, and paid $26.13, when I got home and taste it, there were no shots in it. Called to compain about nothing was done. Will not be going there any time soon.

I got the Hulk Vanilla with fiber, pure recharge and energy. All I can say is terrible combo! I had a two hour drive to Knoxville and didnt get to Cleveland before violently sharting my pants. I then realized that they had used the peanut butter scoop to add the protein... I'm allergic to nuts! My throat began to swell up as my butt hole began to gape.. such a bad combo! I wish this on no one. Thank God my sister was in the car and could take me to the hospital for some allergy shots and an emergency butt wipe!

I just want to let everyone know that while I was ordering my smoothie I heard a employee say that the mold had started growing in the ice chest again. I asked for a refund and they told me they weren’t able to do so.
