Wendy's

For the record this is the most outstanding Wendy's you will ever see. This staff from the front of the store to the back of the store is the very best. Smiles , fast friendly service. Its amazingly clean. This Google guide says,hey u mon - fridayers Go hear for lunch no waiting. If there is a wait time no more than 5mins. Come and join them.

July 1st, 2020 went to Wendys in east ridge tn on Ringgold rd for breakfast Paid for my food at the window received this pictured dollar with my change. Mind you I only received this dollar and some coins back. I just threw it in my car cup holder, later while in the car with my wife she noticed it. I have stopped at this particular wendys several times never got a vibe of negativity, I am a black man and it was a white woman that gave me back my change. Use your own judgment on this. Some might say she didn't notice the writing on the front or back, some might say she even had a hand in writing it on there. I really can't say but what I believe is, that dollar was noticed by someone in that restaurant and should have been taken out of circulation.

Drove through the drive thru at 11:45 pm.,and there were two sistas working. I ordered 2 10. piece spicy nuggets and my fries was cold and had shrived up. My nuggets was plain nuggets and it was barely warm from hitting under the heat lamp light. I called the home office to complain. But i had 22 calls ahead of me. Never to to speak or leave a complaint. I will never go back to Wendy's again. I wouldn't buy my dog food from there.

The woman taking orders was extremely rude. Not only did she rush us, but it was obvious that she did not want to be there. Then, she charged us $30 for three meals (none of them were a large and one was a four for $4. So, even if the other two meals were $10 a piece which they were not, that doesn't add up. Conviently, I didn't get a receipt). On top of that, the only thing right was the four for $4. One of the burgers had a pretzel bun and nothing on our order had that. Initially, I thought my order was mixed up, but I was the only one in line, so that was not the case. I had to wait ten minutes at the next door and yet my Drinks were not even right. Normally, I would let it go, but when you are overcharged at a fast food restaurant and they can't even get the order half way right, it's a disappointment. I love Wendy's,but this restaurant and the team there are trash.
