Everything we ordered was very cold & honestly didn't look fresh whatsoever. Way too much mustard & no onion on all 24 cheese Krystal's we ordered $29.95 we also ordered junkyard fries & 3 out of the topping was missing. On top of that they had us pull out front & wait for our order for over 15-20min. Was very disappointed, unhappy, we was in town visiting family. Just got off the road drove for 10 hrs for a horribly made bite to eat. 🤢😟😡🙄

My daughter and I ordered thru Doordash. Our dasher arrives and they tell him they don't have chicken strips. Fine. Then they tell our dasher that we cancelled our order which we did not! We tried to call them 6 times In a row to get it straightened out. No answer. They told our dasher that they were on the phone with us and wanted to cancel. Our dasher finally got our order but when it got to us, it was incorrect. They didn't send my daughter's cheese fries and instead of sending us the half of gallon of tea that we ordered, they sent diet coke. My daughter didn't get any of the food or drink that she ordered. I agree with the other person that said they are lazy at that location.

Not too pleased with this place, I tried order off of DoorDash because it was quick and easy. Not many places to take a semi. I ordered last night and the next day and both times my order was cancelled with no reason if you don’t want to make the food then say that. But what I don’t like is ordering food late at night to find out my order has been cancelled leaving me without another option to get food.

I didn't get a chance to place my order. As soon as I pull up to order food for 10 people, I was told they were only accepting cash orders. What a shame....I drove here from Orlando and the one and only thing I wanted was Krystal's! I ended up spending $71 at Taco Bell across the street. Very disappointed 😞☹️!
