Sometime between 8 & 9pm l wandered into this Krystal. The manager shooed me out, saying the door should have been locked, and l could order from drive-thru. Could l order from you ? No. Sorry. But the drive-thru lady was very sweet (made a huge difference) and the variety offer that l ordered was . . . interesting. I'll try some more/again

Went there and this Krystals sign says “open till 2 am” my family and I have been traveling and went out of our way because it said 2 am online and we got there at 1:32 am and they wouldn’t take our order and said they aren’t taking any order after it says 2am. They shouldn’t false advertise! And the manager Jeff was very very rude to us, I couldn’t believe that a customer could be treated the way we did. Do better krystals..

A real shifty Krystal waited long time in drive thru, ordered shrimp po boy, classic, came just plain no sauce, who ever took my order didn't say they were out. Krystal just needs to shut this one down, never again

So this is downtown Chattanooga to and sat there and he was my daughter and son good but haven't had one in quite a while I think White Castle's is a little better but they're still great highly recommended customer service was great there lady was very helpful so I recommend it to y'all
