Wendy's

Awful service here. I’ve been here maybe twice in 3 years and every time the cashier has been very rude. The last time I was here I waited nearly 45 minutes for food. They couldn’t find my order, so they didn’t make it and couldn’t refund it. Finally they found the order, sitting in a bag with the drive thru orders. Who knows how long my food was sitting there, but it was cold. When I said it was cold, the cashier said “we’re busy, what do you expect?” Anyway, I was craving Wendy’s tonight and I saw their feed your fam deal online. I tried to order it at the window and the lady there said she’d never heard of it, so I explained what it was, that it didn’t say app exclusive or anything. She snapped back with “you don’t need to explain it, we don’t have it.” I would have ordered something else, but not after the attitude I got. I’d love to say I went to another Wendy’s and had great service, but I decided to order the meal through the app from the Bonny oaks location, got charged twice, and no one was there to fill my order. Way to drop the ball Wendy’s.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I asked for fresh fries only to get fries that had been sitting up their for 15 mins. My chicken sandwich was rubbery. Instead of them fixing the problem they make it a bigger problem. The managers let their employees talk crazy. You can hear them thru the window just talking crazy. If this place does not change it will close down soon. The employees here forget that the customers pay their paychecks. Get it together

Inside is still closed, however the drive-thru is still open. If you're going to go during peak times be prepared for a long wait. As with most fast food restaurants 3rd still short staffed so please be patient with them so they will have good customer service back to you. Remember fast food restaurants it is a stressful business when the lines are backed up and they have angry customers.

I came around 9:30pm to get my order that i did through the app and the tall blonde boy was very disrespectful shoving my food at me and got mad when i asked for my sauces and my drinks were made wrong because they didn’t put it in the bag, I understand it being busy but I responded to him respectfully so I don’t know what his problem was you need to better train your employees
