The food was very good. The hospitality was gladly welcomed. I came in around 2 pm on a Wednesday. I didn't even have to study the menu. I just told the server what I wanted and she pointed out the combo that I needed. And it even had a discount. Most places after lunch hours don't have discounted prices. But they had 5 all day specials that day, She even brought my plate to my table. That was unexpected surprise. I know I personally thanked her for her service. But I have to give a warm thank you to the ones I didn't see. Like the cook for that's making the tasty meals, the people that are cleaning and keeping things shiny and cleaned like new. Certainly beat the competition. I'll definitely eat here again.

Ordered 10 piece FISH family meal, received 5 pieces of chicken and the other 5 pieces of fish were the smallest pieces of fish I've ever received from Captain D's. I was the only one in the drive thru so I know it wasn't a mistake just laziness. Drive thru lady was rushing and rude as well, Spent almost 30$ for the family meal, will not be coming back to this location!

We were here before 12:00 on Sunday. Everything should have been fresh. No. Two piece fish dinner is they’re bread a butter item. Both were tough as leather. Took back. They sent out two more exactly the same. Fries wasn’t fresh. I did eat my hush puppies and Cole slaw. Extremely not recommended. Don’t waste you time here.

OMG what a pathetic experience and excuse for a restaurant. The cashier was a bit challenged, the cook was screaming vulgarity at him so loud the entire eating area could hear yet he couldn't get orders right. and the girl, perhaps the mgr couldn't care less. people waiting to place order, no one at counter, pathetic. Couldn't even eat the chicken.

The fish had way too much batter. Batter was so thick it was raw and bland flavor. Also, dining area not clean.

We stopped at Captain D's on Gunbarrel Rd, Chattanooga at 1:30 pm on Sunday 5/01/22. There were people in the drive thru and people dining inside....yet the doors were locked and no one would come let us in!!!! WHAT?????

Waited in line for 20 minutes for 1 item with 1 car ahead of me and had to leave sure to a crying baby. Will not go back because everything I've ever gotten from here was greasy and not worth the wait.
