I had the Firehouse steak & cheese. It was ok, pretty flat on flavor. This was the first time I've been to this establishment and I'll give it one more go. I think I'll go for hook & ladder next time.

If I could give a zero I really would. Got three sandwiches 2/3 were completely wrong with basic sandwiches. Didn’t think it would be that hard. Especially for the pricing on everything. Not really welcoming. Kinda rude customer service. Tried calling and no answer. Will not be coming back. And will keep calling daily till I get the full refund of 42 dollars. Don’t recommend coming here. Subway or even jimmy johns is better 🤷♀️

Great customer service. It was cool because it was my birthday and I had never been here before so I got my sub for free. Plus the inside is decorated really cute.

Walked in a few minutes after 11:00 am, with no other customers in the place I thought I'd get in and out quickly. As I started to place my order the cashier said it would be 15 minutes or so before they could start on my order. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. Since you open at 11:00 am you should be ready for business at 11:00 am!

I placed a online order since they were about to close in 20 mins . Just as I expected with every place that’s about to close you get the “ugh””I’m gonna ignore you til I feel like greeting you” treatment (which had me skeptical about my food) Didn’t care about that as much as how my sandwich looked. It did not look good at all it looked very slimy and like it was thrown together with the last bit of ingredients they may have had laid out for the night, was missing cheese and had a strong scent of Pickle inside it that I’m sure was taken off last minute. I’ve heard a lot of good reviews on their sandwiches so I guess I visited at a bad time. Wasn’t a good first experience though

I'm never disappointed in a firehouse sub. Always fresh. I do not like the Coke drink machine but that's on Coke.
