Armando's Restaurant

I really would love to give five stars but I can’t. I frequent this location a bunch, because the burgers are so good. However every time I go here I have an issue, I’ve never been to this restaurant and not had an issue. One time I never received my side item, another time they lost my order, the other day I sat down and wasn’t waited on for 30 minutes. Today I had a Togo order and they forgot my sauce. These are not all the problems I had with this restaurant, they need to get their stuff together. Edit: it has gotten impossible to eat here. Like I’ve mentioned before if your not one of their favorites you might wait 40 min to get served in the restaurant. So i usually just call and order but that has now become impossible. The two ways to place a Togo order is by phone or by DoorDash. They have now completely stopped answering phone calls so there’s no way to place an order that way and the prices on door dash are 5 times the price. I hate to say this because their burgers are good but I give up I’ll never be back. Their customer service is garbage.

If you want 1 of the juiciest, best burgers you have ever put in your mouth then I suggest going to Armando's in East Ridge! I dont eat alot of burgers, im more of a chicken or pork person but when I eat here I only want 1 of their burgers. There is no better burger than this place! The prices are very affordable also, it wont break the bank to eat here. Me, my wife and 2 little girls love Armando's!!

I really wanted this location to be good because it’s on my way home from work. I’ve been twice in the last month and will not go back. The hamburger buns were so dry that they crumbled all over the table while I was trying to eat my burger. They wouldn’t even hold together. And service was horrible. Once my waitress brought my food, I never saw her again. Two different waitresses on two different visits.
