Chains up, bad first impression. No menu at the drive-thru. Red flag number 2. Can't hear through the speaker and the person on the other end can't hear me. Then I ask for more ketchup and the black boy at the window says, "I put a lot in the bag." Of course, I drive off. Get home. No ketchup. Bad bad impressions.

Drive thru was the only option which was a bummer being I like to order and eat right away but, Heather at the drive thru window was absolutely AMAZING very calm and friendly during the order, she made the wait worth the trip!

I sat in line 45 min listening to the people talk to each other in the inside. Once the young man heard me say "hey when you going to take my order"he laughed and said what can I get you.Once I placed my order I had to repeat it 3 times because staff were playing around.. once I got my food it was cold and old...I wish I didn't have to give them a star they are horrible and I will be calling corporate.

If you want to wait for 30 mins to an hr. for a large ocean water and a raspberry limeade then this is the place for you. But don't expect for your drinks to actually be right. After telling the person 4 times that we wanted a large raspberry limeade and a large ocean water we ended up with a raspberry ocean water and a regular ocean water...wouldn't have been a big deal other than the fact that we waited 45mins for the wrong order. we told the girl it wasn't right and she kept getting it wrong so we gave up and just went with it. I might add this is not the first visit that has been like this. I get being under staffed and I'm really forgiving when it comes to that. But please listen to the customer.

Ordered two drinks on the app. Pulled up in drive thru. The guy dropped one of my drinks. He never said a word, never said thank you have a good day nothing. They deserve a one star but that is not an option.

About a year ago it was different, but now if I could give no stars I would. Just left after getting food that my husband ordered on the app, we waited at least 15 minutes before hitting the call button just to be told they didn’t have the order, then 5 minutes later they finally brought out the order they said didn’t exist. And to top it off, even though I made no adjustments to my order, it was made wrong.
And I thought the Red Bank location was bad…

I understand there is a staffing shortage but there are the most ridiculous wait times. This isn't a fine dining restaurant, it's fast food. if you're short staffed, pay people more money and staff your restaurant. People in here have no idea what they're doing and they couldn't care less
